70g Cinco Jotas Jamon Iberico with 30g Cornish Salted Baerii Caviar
The natural rich umami flavours of both products work beautifully together with each enriching the other. A glorious celebration of umami, fat and salinity creating the ultimate surf & turf and something so much more exciting than your regular caviar canape. All caviars have a natural nuttiness further complimenting the background flavour of the jamon, made from pigs fed on a largely nut based diet.
Preparation: Open your jamon a good 30 mins before serving, laying each piece out on your serving plate. This will allow the jamon to come up to room temperature and the wonderful fat to soften. Each piece of jamon is conveniently cut into bite sizes morsels, so all you need to do is to top each piece with 2-3g caviar(or more if you like!).
