Exmoor Caviar is an exemplification of where nature and harmony meet. Originally a trout farm from the 1950's, and adapted as an ornamental sturgeon farm in the 1990's, Exmoor Caviar draws from over 30 years of fish farm experience and 15 years of caviar trading.
Kenneth has over 15 years experience within the global caviar trade and has been at the forefront of founding the first ever British caviar farm. Kenneth is also owner of the decade old online retail company London Fine Foods Group and London's leading caviar wholesaler, Shah Caviar. He has an expert eye for quality in caviar and is regularly invited to host talks on the varieties of old and new world caviar, caviar farming and the global caviar industry as a whole. His caviar products are currently served in many of the UK’s Michelin starred restaurants.
Harry has a strong background in the food business, having spent 10 years in the restaurant industry largely spent in one of the country's leading seafood restaurants. With an excellent food and restaurant knowledge, Harry heads up day to day operations and is commonly known as 'Haviar' to many of the country's leading chefs.
Jemima has a strong background in the sales & marketing of high end British brands. During her career in fashion marketing she worked for fashion houses Vivienne Westwood & Pringle of Scotland and also assisted in PR campaigns for Anya Hindmarch and Jimmy Choo. After a brief stint in the global shipping industry, she became immersed in the luxury food industry through her work at London Fine Foods Group & Shah Caviar Limited. She brings to The Exmoor Caviar Company knowledge of the UK luxury brand market and high end account management.
